Positive: We were visiting Middlesbrough to attend James Cook Hospital for surgery. The house location was perfect, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and really well supplied. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. I would really recommend it. And would be happy to book again for any return visits.
Negative: The tile step to the front door was beautiful, but rather slippery underfoot when wet.
